I have a 25% rule for myself\u00e2\u20ac\u201d whenever I feel exhausted, finished, or can\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t do any more, I try to push myself 25% more than what I think my \u00e2\u20ac\u0153limit\u00e2\u20ac\u009d is.<\/p>\n

The amazing thing is whenever I don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t think I have any more resources or personal strength, I always find it.<\/p>\n

1. Don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t settle<\/h2>\n

Don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t settle for limits. When you settle, you start dying. If you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re not growing, you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re atrophying. You\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re getting weaker, smaller, and less effective.<\/p>\n

When it comes to physical exercise, try to do 25% more repetitions than you think you can do.<\/p>\n

When it comes to creative work, push your creative boundaries by 25% (whatever you think that means to you)<\/p>\n

2.\u00c2\u00a0You have no limits<\/h2>\n

Know that you have no limits. With an \u00e2\u20ac\u0153unlimited\u00e2\u20ac\u009d perspective, you will truly reach deep into your own human potential, and achieve things which you think were impossible.<\/p>\n

Whenever I think I am out of ideas for blogging, I try to dig deep, and think of writing 25% more. And when I push myself past my mental block, the creative juices start to flow. Then the words magically appear on paper.<\/p>\n

3.\u00c2\u00a0You are limitless.<\/h2>\n
