Talking smack or being critical about others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But this is my thought: being critical or negative of others is a waste of your energy attention time and focus. given that in a single day we only have a certain amount of energy, why divert any of that metabolic energy towards petty concerns of others? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The truly great and magnanimous person as being unable to be critical
