Dear friend,<\/p>\n

After 2 weeks abroad in Australia (Melbourne and Sydney) I am now happily back in Hanoi.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

I wanted to use this time to share some more personal reflections with you.<\/p>\n

I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve been thinking a lot about blogging lately. I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve actually been blogging since I was 16 years old (so I guess I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve blogged over 10 years).<\/p>\n

Many times I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve felt \u00e2\u20ac\u0153blogger\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s block\u00e2\u20ac\u009d \u00e2\u20ac\u201d when I ran out of ideas, and wasn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t quite sure what to blog about.<\/p>\n

What has helped me recently is knowing that I can technically blog about anything I want.<\/p>\n

Of course this is primarily a photography blog\u00e2\u20ac\u201d but life is a feast. Why should I just limit myself to photography? Why not talk about life, general musings, and anything and everything?<\/p>\n

We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re often told in life that we need to focus. I am one of those people who encourage people to \u00e2\u20ac\u0153focus\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.<\/p>\n

However sometimes the problem of overly-focusing is that we miss out on other options. By keeping an open mind, we are often more flexible, creative, and innovative.<\/p>\n

Therefore I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve been spending a lot of time writing articles that aren\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t just street or photography articles. I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve been synthesizing a lot of life lessons I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve personally learned\u00e2\u20ac\u201d in an easy-to-read \u00e2\u20ac\u0153tips\u00e2\u20ac\u009d format.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, I try my best to keep a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153beginner\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s mindset\u00e2\u20ac\u009d \u00e2\u20ac\u201d by remembering how it felt when I started in photography. I am trying to work on general photography articles \u00e2\u20ac\u201d articles I wish I could have read when I was starting off.<\/p>\n

Here are some new articles I’ve written, which are a bit different — which I hope you enjoy:<\/p>\n
