Dear friend,<\/p>\n

I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve been blogging since I was 16 years old, which is 12+ years now (from age 16 to age 28). I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve been blogging about photography for 7+ years (2009\u00e2\u20ac\u201c2016). If I started blogging all over again, this is the advice I would give myself:<\/p>\n

There is no \u00e2\u20ac\u0153right\u00e2\u20ac\u009d or \u00e2\u20ac\u0153wrong\u00e2\u20ac\u009d way to blog. If anything, blogging is so fun because it is not as \u00e2\u20ac\u0153serious.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d We can always go back and re-edit what we wrote, and generally if a blog post is older than a week, it is quickly forgotten.<\/p>\n

However I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122d say that having a blog has given me so much value. I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve used my blog as a playground for ideas, images, and thoughts. And I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve blogged with the intention of sharing my learning and life journey with others.<\/p>\n

I recommend everyone to have a blog. You have a lot more control, creativity, and flexibility when compared with other forms of social media.<\/p>\n

Remember, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153tips\u00e2\u20ac\u009d should only be used as little sparks to help encourage your own thinking. Tips are just suggestions. There are no \u00e2\u20ac\u0153right\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and \u00e2\u20ac\u0153wrong\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s\u00e2\u20ac\u009d here. I encourage you to skip around, and not read this all in one go:<\/p>\n
