Why health is the ultimate wealth, and how money without health is useless:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

A realization after hitting all of my financial freedom goals, and money goals in general:<\/p>\n

The days I feel extremely exhausted, sleep deprived, or physiologically weak … no amount of money will make me feel<\/em> healthier. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Then my realization:<\/p>\n

\n

What is the best use of money? Using your money to invest in your health.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

For example:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Using money to get a nicer apartment (luxury minimalist apartment) with superior natural light (ideally floor to ceiling windows) and great insulation and warmth against the cold. Natural light as a huge benefitter for your health.<\/li>\n
  2. Using your money for a gym membership, or spending your money to build your own home gym (chin up bar, dumbbells, kettlebells)<\/li>\n
  3. Don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t trade your life for more money if it is going to ruin your health.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Why health?<\/h2>\n

    For me the ultimate end and means to life is towards artistic and creative production. The intermediate step to that is your physiological health. So the flow:<\/p>\n

    \n

    Make money in order to optimize your health, in order to optimize your creative artwork. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

    NOT:<\/p>\n

    \n

    Utilize your health in order to make more money, and using the money to buy<\/em> the artwork of others. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

    Making your own artwork will always be apex and supreme (buying the artwork of others means buying designer clothes, luxury cars, luxury objects and fashion, etc). <\/p>\n
