1000px\" \/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Simply put:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Warmth (freedom from the cold)<\/li><li>Deep sleep (anti sleep deprivation)<\/li><li>Lots of sunshine (a dark home as one of the worst things)<\/li><li>Freedom from unnecessary noise, especially outside street noise, construction, etc.<\/li><li>Physical activity, exercise, walks outdoors, and exposure to the outside elements (in praise of more UV exposure, variation in temperatures, fresh air, etc).<\/li><li>Artistic or creative outlet, and ways to share your art work with others.<\/li><li>Social engagement, social interactions. In praise of having roommates, living with family, or even having grandmother(s) live with you and your infant child.<\/li><li>Food, water, and sustenance (for me, lots of coffee).<\/li><li>Music. As <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2017\/05\/07\/66-life-lessons-from-friedrich-nietzsche\/\">Nietzsche<\/a> said, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153A life without music would be a mistake\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>I believe these to be the bare bones for minimum viable thriving.
