Not to force yourself to sleep only 5 hours, wake up at 4am, and do some insanely intense workout. No\u00e2\u20ac\u201d exercise as a form of <strong><em>expelling<\/em><\/strong> excess energy, power and force from us. It requires we are well rested, fully recovered and brimming over with physiological energy and force!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In other words, if you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re still tired in the morning sleep more and sleep until you literally don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t want to stay in bed anymore, and you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122d prefer to get up and do stuff.
