Ideation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The art of coming up with new ideas. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\nWhy ideation? Why ideas? A world and society without any new ideas is a society on the decline. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHow do I get new ideas?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n<\/iframe><script src='https:\/\/v0.wordpress.com\/js\/next\/videopress-iframe.js?m=1674852142'><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Half of the good ideas I get are in the gym. Why the gym? My theories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First theory: When you are at the gym, you got a big space. A lot of other people just walking around is also good visual stimuli. Some sort of <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2020\/10\/28\/visual-stochastic-resonance\/\">visual ‘stochastic’ resonance<\/a> (visual distractions ironically help us focus a bit, and help us come up with new creative ideas). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-focusing-on-physiology-and-food\">Focusing on physiology and food<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-videopress\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"VideoPress Video Player\" aria-label='VideoPress Video Player' width='500' height='281' src='https:\/\/videopress.com\/embed\/5cFMf6Km?autoPlay=1&loop=1&muted=1&persistVolume=0&preloadContent=metadata&hd=0&cover=1' frameborder='0' allowfullscreen allow='clipboard-write'><\/iframe><script src='https:\/\/v0.wordpress.com\/js\/next\/videopress-iframe.js?m=1674852142'><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I get more inspiration when I can dance and get in the zone. Listening to Kanye West (Wash us in the blood) on loop, with some BOSE Noise Cancelling Headphones while the front door is open.
