Perhaps society holds us back, before we are taught standard K-12 education: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thou shalt write a perfectly crafted 5-paragraph ‘hamburger’ essay and spell check for your audience.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

But this is blogging… we ain’t being graded!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perfection is for suckers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Seek good or great, not perfect. Perfection is a Platonic notion (from the philosopher Plato) which ain\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t real. The seeking of perfection is a trap. To do is better than not doing. And I think to do something poorly is better than not doing it at all. I believe in a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153bias for action\u00e2\u20ac\u009d\u00e2\u20ac\u201d or just doing something 80% \u00e2\u20ac\u0153good enough\u00e2\u20ac\u009d(satisficing, not perfection). \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Satisfice\u00e2\u20ac\u009d as a notion that decision making theorists talk about \u00e2\u20ac\u201d satisfy+suffice=satisfice. Or in other words:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Good enough is best!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
