But I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m more pragmatic and practical. I just eat industrial food, and frankly speaking, I feel fine, and have been able to increase my <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2020\/07\/16\/meat\/\">meat<\/a> intake, increase my <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/muscle\/\">muscular<\/a> mass, lower my <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2020\/07\/22\/how-to-lose-fat-fast\/\">body fat<\/a>, *<em>AND<\/em>* save money!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Yeah it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s probably bad for the planet <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-videopress\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"VideoPress Video Player\" aria-label='VideoPress Video Player' width='1180' height='664' src='https:\/\/videopress.com\/embed\/aNM7zBVz?autoPlay=1&amp;loop=1&amp;muted=1&amp;persistVolume=0&amp;preloadContent=metadata&amp;hd=0&amp;cover=1' frameborder='0' allowfullscreen allow='clipboard-write'><\/iframe><script src='https:\/\/v0.wordpress.com\/js\/next\/videopress-iframe.js?m=1770107250'><\/script>\n<\/div><figcaption><a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2020\/07\/23\/eric-kim-muk-bang\/\">ERIC KIM FOOD<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Who knows \u00e2\u20ac\u201d maybe I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m a psychopath. I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m also a Boy Scouts Eagle Scout. I don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t really care <em>that much<\/em> for the planet. I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m always a bit suspicious of people who care \u00e2\u20ac\u0153too much\u00e2\u20ac\u009d about the environment or telling others that x, y, z is bad for the planet, yet they still shop at Whole Foods, have Amazon prime, buy Apple products, etc. Everything we do is bad for the planet. To thrive on planet earth is to take advantage of the planet. We just buy what we can. And people in the meddling middle-class feel uber-guilty for <em>NOT<\/em> buying \u00e2\u20ac\u0153organic\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and non-GMO foods and such. They feel obligated to only consume uber-\u00e2\u20ac\u0153natural\u00e2\u20ac\u009d foods and such. The cheapest cuts of meat. For bitter greens, buy frozen kale in a bag, or collard greens. Frozen and canned foods are fine.
