We need both to <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2019\/12\/18\/yin-and-yang-in-photography\/\">yin-yang<\/a> augment ourselves to the max.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, as men we should not <em>not<\/em> do things because it is \u00e2\u20ac\u0153feminine\u00e2\u20ac\u009d (like dancing sexy). Also women should lift <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2020\/07\/21\/one-handed-deadlift\/\">weights<\/a> and augment their <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2020\/07\/12\/never-stop-gaining-muscle\/\">muscle mass<\/a>.
