I don&#8217;t believe in <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2020\/07\/08\/morality-and-ethics-is-the-snare\/\">morals and ethics<\/a> (in the popular sense). Certainly I have my own code of morals and ethics for myself, but they cannot be applied to <em>EVERYONE<\/em> from an Immanuel Kant perspective (his notion of the &#8216;categorical imperative&#8217; was that &#8220;one must act as if his actions were to become universal laws for all of humanity&#8221;). But this is bad, because it doesn&#8217;t allow for dynamics in society &#8212; not all societies are the same, nor <em>SHOULD<\/em> they be the same. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-videopress\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"VideoPress Video Player\" aria-label='VideoPress Video Player' width='1180' height='664' src='https:\/\/videopress.com\/embed\/BvRez9PP?autoPlay=1&amp;loop=1&amp;muted=1&amp;persistVolume=0&amp;preloadContent=metadata&amp;hd=0&amp;cover=1' frameborder='0' allowfullscreen allow='clipboard-write'><\/iframe><script src='https:\/\/v0.wordpress.com\/js\/next\/videopress-iframe.js?m=1770107250'><\/script>\n<\/div><figcaption>ERIC KIM GHETTO HOME COOKING AND EATING<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to eat a carnivore diet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Basic gist:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2020\/06\/06\/how-much-meat-can-you-eat-in-a-day\/\">Eat as much meat as humanly possible<\/a>, and eat lots of bitter herbs and greens (kale, collard greens) to help digest it. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also, good to eat fermented foods (kimchi, sauerkraut) to help you digest more of your meat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My personal goal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Try to eat at least 5 pounds of meat a day.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That means, <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2018\/06\/21\/intermittent-fasting-and-the-ketogenic-diet-the-optimal-diet-for-photographers-and-content-creators\/\">intermittent fasting<\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2020\/06\/28\/why-i-dont-eat-breakfast-or-lunch-in-praise-of-one-huge-dinner-meal-a-day\/\">no breakfast or lunch<\/a>), and just <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2017\/05\/16\/my-experiences-eating-only-one-meal-a-day\/\">one massive massive massive meal<\/a> in the evening!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sure you can eat other stuff<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Of course you can eat whatever you want. But I am cheap. I prefer to save money. That means I eat all the industrialized meats &#8212; uber-cheap. This means pork ribs for $1.29 a pound, pork loin roast for .99 cents a pound, chicken leg quarters for $1 a pound, and beef\/steak for $4.99 a pound. If I was a billionaire I&#8217;d eat only the supreme high quality meats, but hey &#8212; I prefer to live <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2020\/06\/26\/frugality-is-sexy\/\">frugally<\/a>.
