wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>If your goal is to keep your body fat percentage low (or lower your body fat), perhaps intermittent fasting and also fasting from carbs, sugars, fruits, sweet things The &#8216;lean and mean&#8217; look is good for me<\/li><li>Maximal <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2020\/04\/30\/physiological-power\/\">physiological<\/a> strength and flourishing.
