We NEED the exposure to become stronger. For example, if you lifted a 1,000 pound rock this would probably be bad for you (it would destroy your body). But lifting a 100 pound <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2020\/03\/31\/eric-kim-rock-toss-workout\/\">rock<\/a> (100 times) might be good for your body to become
