It seems to be a good sign that we had a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153good workout session\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I find this interesting, because bodybuilders LOVE the feeling of DOMS. But small doses of trauma are good \u00e2\u20ac\u201d which are a stimulus to growth. <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Microtrauma\">Micro trauma<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Small doses of trauma which stimulate growth. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The tricky thing is this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Knowing the dose.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, what\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s the line when beneficial micro trauma (hormesis) is good for us, and when <em>too much<\/em> trauma can destroy us (beyond repair?) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strive to increase your \u00e2\u20ac\u0153one rep max\u00e2\u20ac\u009d week over week <\/h2>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How do we grow?
