To me, the mind is simply a reflection of our body. In other words<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>mental health is a REFLECTION of physical health<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In other words<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>if you are physically healthy, you will also be mentally healthy.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Theory: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>The root cause of depression is physiological (physiological depression, or bodily depression is the starting point).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">this is the only body [you will ever] get<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Assuming you don&#8217;t believe in an afterlife, this is the only body you will ever get, and whether you like it or not, you&#8217;re stuck with it [until death does you part].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So comes the question<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>why hate your body?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">how to beautify your body<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To beautify your body<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Decrease body fat <\/li><li>Increase muscle mass<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How to best do this?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Intermittent fasting [no breakfast or lunch, only one massive dinner everyday]<\/li><li>No carbs, sugars, alcohol, sugar, high fructose corn syrup, etc. <\/li><li>Heavy-meat diet [with greens like collard greens or kale]<\/li><li>Powerlifting: strive to gain a new &#8216;pr&#8217; [personal record] once a week by 5 pounds [add 2.5 pounds to each side of the bar every week]. Chase physical strength gains, not aesthetic ones. <strong>Powerlifting as more pragmatic than bodybuilding<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery alignfull columns-1
