Fast until evening or dinner-time. After eating a (massive) and meat-heavy dinner, it is best to &#8216;food coma&#8217; and go straight to sleep.<\/li><li><strong>Sleep a shitload<\/strong>: I aim for 10-12 hours. This is good for me, because I start the day with 110% battery capability. <\/li><li>When you can no longer do creative work, walk to the gym and <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2019\/06\/06\/the-zen-of-powerlifting\/\">powerlift<\/a>.<\/li><li>Drink much water and coffee during the day.<\/li><li>Maximal sunlight<\/li><li>Maximal
