Everyday, I do a different exercise, and strive to max out that given lift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example let us say today I decide to do squats. I strive to increase my &#8216;one rep max&#8217; by at least 5 pounds. Then tomorrow, I might try a different lift&#8211; trying to max out my benchpress (by 5 pounds). Or assuming I am keeping the weight the same, I strive to at least do a few more repetitions than I did last time (if I do chin-ups, I just try to do more repetitions than I did last time).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Creative endeavors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-videopress\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"VideoPress Video Player\" aria-label='VideoPress Video Player' width='500' height='281' src='https:\/\/videopress.com\/embed\/oWczXlCq?preloadContent=metadata&amp;hd=0&amp;cover=1' frameborder='0' allowfullscreen allow='clipboard-write'><\/iframe><script src='https:\/\/v0.wordpress.com\/js\/next\/videopress-iframe.js?m=1674852142'><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I no longer believe in &#8216;good&#8217; or &#8216;bad&#8217; creative work. I only believe in honest or dishonest work. Honest work meaning:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>You aren&#8217;t faking or &#8220;fronting&#8221;. You are simply saying what is truly on your mind, and truly being genuine in expressing yourself, and perhaps trying to help others.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In your creative work, I suggest:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Everyday strive to censor yourself less.<\/li><li>Everyday strive to produce more.<\/li><li>Everyday, strive to become deeper and more honest in your thinking.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also &#8212; share!
