Something I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve been thinking about for a long time:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What if this \u00e2\u20ac\u0153romantic\u00e2\u20ac\u009d notion was a bad one \u00e2\u20ac\u201d which leads to decay, decadence, and a decline in our human spirit and human ingenuity?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

I remember when I first was encouraged to shoot film \u00e2\u20ac\u201d I was skeptical. What value did shooting film have in today\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s digital age? How much of it was a romanticism of the past\u00e2\u20ac\u201d a sort of nostalgia for the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153good old days\u00e2\u20ac\u009d?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122d have to say \u00e2\u20ac\u201d shooting film is great for a certain aesthetic \u00e2\u20ac\u201d beautifully randomly dispersed grain, and the randomness and chaos of film (you don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t know what the photo will look until you shoot it). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
