I think to critique others in your head is natural and fine; but just keep it to yourself. <\/li><li>Before critiquing someone else, ask yourself: &#8220;Have I been guilty of that in the past?&#8221;<\/li><li>Focus on yourself and ignore others. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Stay focused on yourself! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ERIC<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Why not just ignore others, and stay focused on yourself?
