We all need a stimulus to move. To act.<\/p>\n

We need something to spark us, to motivate us to move.<\/p>\n

What is this first mover (primum mobius)? I think it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s art!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

For example, things that stimulate and inspire me to act and live my life, and to make my own art:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Great photography (Henri<\/a> Cartier bresson)<\/li>\n
  2. Great cinema<\/a> (Stanley Kubrick<\/a>)<\/li>\n
  3. Great painters (Matisse<\/a>, Roy Litchenstein)<\/li>\n
  4. Great fashion (I love colorful fashion\u00e2\u20ac\u201d it inspires me!)<\/li>\n
  5. Great poetry (Virgil, Horace<\/a>, Lucretius)<\/li>\n
  6. Great philosophy (Seneca<\/a>, Nietzsche, Nassim Taleb<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    \n

    So long story short,<\/p>\n

    \n To inspire yourself to act, move, and do stuff \u00e2\u20ac\u201d surround yourself and consume great art!\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    Some ideas:<\/p>\n

    1. Use an iPad as a visual scrapbook. <\/li>\n
    2. Use Dropbox to look at your old photos to reshare or reupload.<\/li>\n
    3. Buy photo and art books, and browse them when you want inspiration. <\/li>\n
    4. Watch music videos <\/li>\n
    5. Pump yourself up with some dope beats <\/li>\n
    6. Hit the gym and do some heavy deadlifts <\/li>\n
    7. Alternate icy cold showers or baths with super hot sauna <\/li>\n
    8. Get a very intense (and painful) massage <\/li>\n
    9. Walk around the block <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Never stop making art!
