I have a funny theory: I wonder if more short guys get into weightlifting, because they have small man syndrome, and because they cannot change their height, they seek to increase their muscular size, to compensate for their short height.
But what about us guys who are tall — 5‘11 6 feet and beyond… my solution: rack pulls, atlas lifts —
