Easy:
- Attempt to lift very very heavy weights
- On your off days, eat a shitload of meat.
This is how I’ve been successful to put on muscle. No protein powder, supplements, etc. All my lifts done while fasted as well! No carbs in my diet either.




















Don’t follow convention
Cheat in your squats, and just attempt heavier weights.
Also, use hex bar or trap bar for deadlift.
