Wow bprn in 1988 now at the age of 36, the best shape I’ve been in my life — in terms of my face, physique body etc?
- Quit alcohol, weed, drugs, anything not black coffee or water or tea. No alcohol of any kind even the fake “good†alcohol (red wine is also bad for you)
- Intermittent fasting no breakfast or dinner ;; in terms of when to eat dinner, immediately before sleeping
- Weight lifting, plenty of time outside in the sun!
- Never sit, never drive
