Why homes are not a good investment

The problem is that the US dollars a sinkhole; even though your property value is going “up“; you have to weigh in the cost of inflation, so even though your home appreciates in value, because the US dollar is weaker, the numbers are a bit inflated.

For example, if you’re $1 million home because worth $1.2 million, it doesn’t really mean that much, because the power of the US dollar is less than less.
