Anti pork— it is “white” meat. Anti chicken, it ain’t even meat.

Beef and lamb is king!

With food … to get a sense of how nutritious it is, just really taste it.

I’m even starting to get skeptical of bacon and pork belly. When I really eat it and really taste it … there’s almost no taste and nutrition to it. It just tastes salty and chalky?
