How to Focus

  1. Start off the day not interacting or engaging with others or making eye contact with others.
  2. Start off the day with a cold shower, and drink lots of black coffee, robust beans. I like Deathwish coffee.
  3. Write out your thoughts on the iPad, iPad Pro, standing, walking around, outdoors ideally.
  4. Start off the day, not exposing yourself to any other sort of external stimuli. No email, no checking your text messages, etc.
