Upon much thinking and reflection, the realization:
Happiness is not the goal of life, nor should ‘increasing your happiness’ be the goal.
Perhaps a better goal is rather power augmentation. Increasing your physiological power, your physical power (one rep max ability in the gym), and your artistic power output.
