105 POUND FLOOR KETTLEBELL PRESS

In trying to discover new types of workouts with the 105 pound kettlebell (the beast, 48 kg), a floor press (‘bench-press style) is a good one:

Why floor press?

If you don’t got a bench press at home, and do it off the floor, it is technically ‘safer’ (if you cannot get it up, you just cannot get it up), and also — no need to buy a bench.

The closer you are to the ground, the better.

The more connected you are to the ground, the better. Just like cars– the lower, the wider, the better.
