What is the best life? Not the life in which you’re the richest, most famous or most influential or powerful… the best life is the life in which you have the ultimate creative strength, joy and levity in life!
How to actually do this?
- Extreme sleep and recovery, followed by extreme creative activity (lots of black coffee during the day, and intermittent fasting).
- Hype music: music that pumps you up— Joyner Lucas, Eminem, JAY Z, Kanye West, Big Sean, Kendrick Lamar, etc.
