You’re Already an Artist

My sister-in-law was talking to my niece Amelia, and she said:

Great job Amelia! One day you can become an artist!

And (4 year old) Amelia retorts:

“But I’m already an artist”.

Wisdom.

Children are all born artists.

Art. It means technique. Or to create. An artist is a creator. If you create anything, you’re an artist.

Anyone and everyone can make art.

Art is more of an approach and technique (tekhne in Ancient Greek).
