We are all hunting for ‘truth’.
But the question:
Once we have discovered a deeper truth … then what?
Or in other words:
Why pursue truth?
What if you do discover the truth?
It seems many of us are looking for the truth. But once you have discovered the truth … then what? What do you even want to do with that truth, towards what ends?
In favor of play over truth
For myself, I am not interested in seeking an ultimate ‘truth’. Why? It doesn’t exist. And even if I did discover the ultimate truth or the answer to the ‘theory of everything’ … what reason would I have to continue living?
I would say:
To play is far more interesting than discovering an ultimate ‘truth’.
