Simple workflow:

Why Apple Photos Over Lightroom?

1. Apple photos is faster, simpler, cleaner, and also has good integration with the MacBook Pro Touch Bar! For example on the Touch Bar, I can easily favorite the photos and pick them, rotate them! This is surprisingly useful.
2. Free! No stupid subscription or anything. No getting ‘locked out’ of your account (happened to me with Adobe cloud ; super annoying).

Basic workflow:

1. Stick SD card into SD card adapter, and plug into MacBook laptop
2. Drag JPEG files into Apple Photos
3. Look through photos with arrow keys
4. “Favorite” or “Heart” photos you like
5. Filter based on “favorites” and export as JPEG somewhere on your computer (I do it to Dropbox)
6. Upload JPEG photos to your blog media library
7. When you blog, share and post your favorite photos! Super easy :)
