Not Relaxing, Re-Invigorating

I don’t think the purpose of a vacation or any activity (sleep, nap, massage) is to “relax”. Better to think of it as recovery and to reinvigorate yourself!

How to gain maximum vigor?

Our goal: to maximize our vigor. Our bodily and physiological vigor.

How to do this?

  1. Sleep
  2. Physical exercise: Desire to become stronger, desire to increase muscle.
  3. Increased meat consumption
