Not good or bad …will it make you stronger or weaker?
Going on beyond morality and ethics, perhaps instead of classifying things as “good” or “bad” for us, we should classify things as “empowering” or “weakening” for us.
This would encourage us to take a more practical and physiological approach to our lives.
Or to classify things as “strengthening” or “weakening”.
Food and diet
With the food substances and drinks we consume — don’t ask yourself whether it is “healthy” for you or “unhealthy” (these classifications are too vague and don’t really mean anything). Instead ask yourself whether the food or drink items will strengthen or weaken you.
When thinking about media we consume (music, audio, videos, photos, artwork), etc — ask yourself:
When I consume this media, does it make me more powerful, or does it make me weaker?
For example — when I listen to music, I only consume music which strengthens me — which improves me, gives me movement to my legs, and motivates me!
Music which strengthens my muscles at the gym, music which inspires me to dance and bounce– music which uplifts my mood, and makes me feel stronger!
Consume and do what strengthens you, and avoid anything and everything which weakens you!
