Don’t think about race, ethnicity, genetics; think epigenetics, hacking your own DNA, and modify and build yourself with your willpower, effort, and fearlessness.

  1. Physics don’t lie: Never stop superseding your “PR” (personal record) in powerlifting. I believe increasing your physical power doesn’t have any genetic limits (think Eddie Hall and 500kg+ Deadlift). Truthfully your genetics might cause your progress to be slower than others with a “superior” DNA, but you can still progress steadily and surely. Take your time but never skip a beat, workout, and listen to your body.
  2. What is your mental potential, and creative potential? This is 100% in your own power and effort. Your potential isn’t dependent on others; it is all on you!
