I’ve been looking at my old black and white film photos, and I love love love them! The aesthetic is so beautiful, and all these photos bring such a smile to my face:

I shot these all on a film Leica MP and Leica 35mm f2 summicron, with yellow filter (to add contrast and brighten skin tones).

I also shot 100 rolls of Trix, then waited a year before processing them. I got them all processed and scanned by a “PHOTO LAB” in Berkeley.

As a reminder to myself, I am going to start shooting more film photos again. My digital photos look nice too, but the aesthetic of black and white is so much more beautiful to me:
