Street Photography Exhibition
The festival’s main exhibition is open to participants throughout the world. Submissions will be juried by a panel of internationally accomplished members of the highly respected street photography collectives, In-Public, Strata and Calle 35.

Selected images will be displayed at the festival’s main gallery during Art Basel, one of the world’s premier art scenes, where hundreds of thousands gather each year in Miami to celebrate the visual arts.
THE 2013 MSPF AWARDS
Three finalists will be chosen as this year’s recipients of the MSPF AWARD. The Grand Prize recipient will receive the intuitive Leica X2 camera, brilliantly designed for the needs of any street photographer. In addition, the first place and two runner-ups will be awarded with a premium handcrafted camera bag by Ona.
The 2013 MSPF Awards will be selected by the featured speakers at the festival, including world-renowned Magnum photographers, Alex Webb, Bruce Gilden, Constantine Manos, and author/photographer Rebecca Norris Webb.
SUBMIT YOUR PHOTOS
Guidelines for submitting images
*All submitted images must fall under the category of street photography, ” straight photography”. (i.e no landscapes, pets, models or wildlife) .
*Any public location, worldwide, is acceptable.
*Photos may not be artificially staged.
*Photos may be either Black/White or Color
*Only the photographer with the rights to the submitted image may enter that piece.
*Images may not be photoshopped, digitally manipulated or extremely altered other than B/W color conversion or basic generally accepted darkroom adjustments.
*Unpublished and published work will be accepted.
* Finalists will be selected for exhibition from all entrants.
*Deadline is October 15, 2013
*All finalists will be notified by Nov 5, 2013, or earlier.
*Finalists do not need to be present to win the grand prize
Image specifications:
• Submit only .jpg/jpeg files , no more than 1000 pixels on the long side, at 72dpi, and no larger than 2MB. Finalists will be asked to send a high resolution jpg. file (250-300dpi) of the entered image/s. Printing/Mounting/Framing for the exhibition will be done by MSPF at no extra cost to participants.
• Rename each image with your first and last name as one word, and a number before submitting (i.e. JaneDoe_1, JaneDoe_2, JaneDoe_3, etc.)
• Do not include borders, watermarks or signatures.
Credit cards will be accepted through our secure partner, PayPal ( You do not need to have a Paypal account to send payments). You will receive an email with your payment confirmation. You may then send your files to submit@miamistreetphotographyfestival.org
Submissions will be juried and selected for exhibition from all entrants.

Entry Fees
-$20 per image
-You may submit as many images as you want for consideration.
If you are ready and would like to submit your photos for consideration to the Festival:

2-Once you sent the payment you can e-mail the files, as per guidelines above, to submit@miamistreetphotographyfestival.org
3-We will send you an email when we receive the images
