(My new home office above!)

I would argue that the editing and post-processing aspect of street photography is almost as important as the shooting part. Therefore on my Facebook fan page I asked you to upload photos of your workstations and uploaded the best ones. Read more to see the computer workstations where the magic goes down!

What does your computer workstation look like right now? Upload a photo and post it on the comments below!

    All very nice setups!
Is that an M9 I see in Simon Buckton’s pic? The last one is intense! Three monitors, a TV and a security camera setup!?

Looks like a film M, you can see the winder on the top left of the body.

        That it is. Thanks David!

So Eric, are you a PC, or a MAC type of guy? If the workstation at the very top is yours, I’m guessing you’re a PC Windows 7 type of person. ?

Yes Windows 7 all the way baby ;) (although I love the Mac monitors)

  • Christian

I do a lot of work on Windows-Machines and sometimes on a Mac. But i love my Silicon Graphics Workstations as presented on my desk :-) . Doing the work on an Indy with Contex eclipse 3.0 is not that fast but i make the work with more mindfulness and accuracy :-=

I had been Windows for years. I kept having trouble with them the past couple years and found a great deal on a Mac. I love it. You have to own one to really see all the little things that make them so much better.

Eric! Can you find some way of putting your community calls onto your blog? I keep seeing things that I would have loved to take part on, but missed because I’m rarely on Facebook!

    But here’s my standing desk…

  • Andrew

    Some nice workstations.

Mine is usually a Macbook on my lap. Need a better set up.

Also, Eric… I agree, the post-processing is a very important part. Care to give us some insight into your workflow?

      Yessir–will do soon :)
